•Favoritism played out by management. •Unrealistic expectations at times. •Lack of training for new hires, that gets shoved off on to senior employees to do. •Management not knowing how to do their job and/or how to handle stressful situations. •Management not backing up employees with customer situations, ultimately resulting in the customer getting what they want despite what manufacturer warranties state. •Management talking about employees to other employees within the office. •Ask for input on ideas but in the end already have their mind made up so you end up wasting your time.
