Pros

You get a pay check

Cons

By far the worst place I have ever worked. Working conditions are awful and there is zero concern for the well being of employees. Building is not up to code and safety was never a priority because it’s not in the budget. Operations manager is a child and should go back to being a full time jar head. Not fit to be around other humans.

Pros

Pay wasn't bad, but not that great either.

Cons

Work atmosphere was horrible, communication as well. If you're looking to knock the work out, you're in for a surprise. Management likes to let the minorities slack off and build slowly. A 5 minute door, side-glass, and transom would take 15 minutes because they refused to speak up in fear of a complaint being filed against them due to race. What should've been 8-10 hour days was frequently 12 hour days. And because production numbers were slowed down, they tried to force Saturdays as well from 5-12. So 67 hours, give or take, every week for regular pay.
