      Pros

      They have a great employee discount.. thats really the only good thing about them aside from the employees (like warehouse and store) are the absolute sweetest.

      Cons

      They are stuck in their ways. They dont want to do new things at the risk of loss because they are bruised from all the bad decisions they have made and money they have lost.
