      Pros

      Great benefits, culture and purpose. You get to guide and work in some beautiful locations and meet interesting people.

      Cons

      Large company and sometimes feel like just a number. Even if you are full time don't expect a lot of work. You won't make much money and you'll have a lot of unexpected time off where you're supposed to be "available" if they need you to work last minute.
