      Pros

      Very flexible scheduling, paid sick/vacation time even for part time employees, good mobility within the store between departments, plenty of opportunities, leave of absence available, very friendly and welcoming environment, lots of good industry pro-deals,

      Cons

      Retail (customers), lack of hours during certain seasons, pay is decent but could be better REI is publicly very environmentally-friendly and inclusive, but could do a better job at sticking to these values behind closed doors, specifically when it comes to waste. Still, I think REI is better than most.
