      you can't beat the people

      Cons

      Leadership was not making the right calls, which led the company down the wrong path. Too many decisions were made to run the company like a for-profit company responsible to shareholders rather than the co-op it is.

      Co culture changing

      Company used to value employee time outside, as a benefit to sales.

      Cons

      Culture is shifting to more standard retail business model (more outside ppl) and as such doesn't really align with customer and associate values. Also, increasingly feels like there are more hires who are invested in undermining brand loyalty due to differing views are being placed in management positions that contradict brand's identity.
