Pros

Great pro deals Pay is decent for a retail job Employees are nice

Cons

Schedules are all over the place Tons and tons of online training for things like selling memberships and credit cards, but next to nothing on the actual products. I was thrown onto the sales floor with basically no product knowledge and then basically reprimanded for not selling memberships. Management is phony, they tell you to ask them questions but then seem put off when you actually do.

Pros

Great benefits, health insurance, health savings account, 401K

Cons

Company has become increasingly focused on profits over people. Takes weeks to get hired, then "full-time" is typically 32 hours or less, work hours can be highly variable, limited advancement opportunities.
