Pros

- Decent discounts and employee programs - Opportunities to learn + upskill

Cons

- Experience highly dependent on management - Corporate attitude shifting drastically (Less of an outdoor "co-op" and more of a fast fashion retailer) -Ability to access a corporate position from the retail environment is nigh impossible - the focus is on creating a staff of part time employees with minimal or vague outdoor education. Full time employees are being pushed out, and folks with outdoor experience are no longer being hired

Pros

Work life balance, prodeals employees are decent but all struggling to survive like the rest.

Cons

Hours, no appreciation for the hard work people put In. Only care about selling memberships and credit cards. No co-op lifestyle anymore values are terribly skewed.
