      The technology is a bit outdated (but I think this is improving). Some of the practices and systems seemed inefficient and old-school. Understaffing can make some days very stressful.

      Constantly pushing the membership. I understand it's a co-op, but it's a competition to see which store sells the most memberships on a daily basis. Putting up with members who are clearly abusing the return policy.
