Pros

Paid "way day" and black friday. Health insurance for 20 hours/week after a year of working there.

Cons

New hires make the same pay as your merit earned pay (or more). You have to be willing to "play the game" and suck up to management to do well.

Pros

Awesome coworkers who have real life experience and are fun to work with.

Cons

Pay is lower compared to other retailers. Management is reluctant to assist customers. Holiday season and sales cause stress throughout the store.

Pros

None at all everything is going downhill

Cons

Rei has been getting from bad to years along the years I have been with them. Customer service seems to be staffed with people who hate the company and the customers. Many orders were cancelled for no reasons at all and items which arrived had a high proportion of damage and they refuse to accept take responsibility. Buy from them at your own peril
