Pros

Great people Great benefits 5% 401K without having to put in Store Managers yearly bonus varry: Bonus can be 75% payout of your corrective volume band 18% 20% 25% or 28% based on your stores volume band and salary.

Cons

Beware of current culture shift. It’s not the KPI’s, but the shift due to being scared of unions in stores. This has tremendous impact on store leaders and their ability to push a stores initiatives forward.
