Pros

you learn how to work on bicycles to on a basic level and you get familiar with your team on a personal level. the culture is great and inclusive while also having many smiling faces.

Cons

it leaves much to be desired in learning bicycles and takes the passion you had for bicycles with it. you may be promised being a certified bicycle mechanic, but may never get there due to things getting in the way. business needs will get in the way of your training, and make you feel like you've hit a wall in your training. you will also be shared out to other departments to aid in fulfillment work or shipping.
