Pros

Paid holidays PTO and Sick Leave accrual Bonuses REI is still very passionate about helping people (including employees) get outside and have a good time. They are also working towards being more inclusive and have dedicated groups to for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Veteran & Active Duty Military, and Women (inclusive of Trans and Non-Binary people).

Cons

The two Store Managers I was under both strung me and other Leads/Senior Associates along with promises of getting promoted and interviews where they ultimately went with someone else "more qualified" and didn't have any feed back for how to interview better or how to improve in current role.
