      Great Company! A company that prioritize you as a person not just another employee. WFH positions available, good benefits, and great perks (who can't say no to 50% savings) love REI!

      Cons

      Not exactly a con but could be to some, but if your familiar with WFH customer service roles, then you're already aware of high call volume especially around Holiday periods.
