Pros
Great discount, fun like-minded people, GBLT+ friendly, can usually take a lot of time off with no issues.
Cons
Very political with managers, soul-sucking work, no advancement. During the slow season, hours were hard to get. Many people had to work 2 jobs. Had to shove memberships down customers' throats. The co-op changed substantially in my 2-year career there.
