- Kind People - Lots of Learning operations - Great Benefits like free rentals - Good discounts

Cons

- Onboarding is a bit disorganized - Priorities are not always clear - Selling memberships is the most important thing - Union negotiations are still going on and REI is holding back raises

Pros

The pay is really good, if the work is done you could go home early.

Cons

They hire new people that pushes out the hours for all the other CO workers. Then the schedule gets all messed up and makes management schedule extra days off because there's no work.
