Pros

All the people who work there do their best at the job. They provide health insurance for part-time employees, based on hours. Discounts on gear. People are friendly. Everyone jokes around.

Cons

Inventory system works, but it's definitely behind other retail places I have worked at. If the person who placed an item somewhere in the back is gone that day, you may not find it until they get back. That being said, it usually is pretty organized. Managers may not listen to employee suggestions when asked about how to improve the workplace. If you're someone that loves to put in their two cents on how to make things better for the team, just know it may not be addressed from mgmt or mgmt above the store level.
