Pros

All you have to do is average 25-30 hours weekly for benefits. I picked up an insene amount a shifts and they were forced to make me full-time. You can move up in the company You get a raise every year Great employee discounts

Cons

They intentionally schedule you under the 25-hour mark so you will never get benefits. Promotions aren't based on skills. It is based on favoritism alone. Raises are 1-5% each year. The amount you receive is based on how high you are rated. They are anti-union and engage in union-busting tactics They continuously decrease the discount employees get. They treat people with disabilities extremely poorly. It is really sad actually. They bully disabled people until they quit or find a few mistakes they make and fire them over it.

Pros

Co-op mentality and values mean they operate differently than public companies who chase quarterly profits at any cost.

Cons

Salaries can be lower than larger companies.
