Pros

Discount is ok classes are ok

Cons

Horrible culture, Not very tolerant of other races, It's like working for Game of Thrones. The put out all this "positive press" but that place will steal you soul. They use favoritism to run shifts.

Toxic Management

Pros

Potentially good benefits if you work enough hours. Scheduling options.

Cons

A workplace environment that is toxic and fosters a culture of distrust, where managers focus on catching and accusing employees of doing something wrong, and coworkers are encouraged to report on each other over petty grievances. These tactics create an atmosphere that is discouraging, uncomfortable, and counterproductive to morale and employee well being. It borders on harassment. They neither value nor respect the employees. Raises are minimal.
