Cons

I really enjoy Omni-Graffle and Apple. They almost exclusively use Dell.

Work with very good people, REI has good culture of growing, the company has flexible hours for their employees, 40 hours of professional development.

Cons

Too many managers, work can bee boring in sometime.

Moving toward new/additional clients, and new types of work Focused on public sector missions REI has integrity, and a family-feel

Cons

Most of the work is done in Sterling Virginia - it would be nice to have locations closer to downtown.
