      HR is not good... Management is worst and No job security unless there is no one available to do that work.

      The only thing is the infrastructure of the company.

      Cons

      As far as cons is considered there are more cons than pros.Managaement is not supportive at all.The expectations and work load is very much if compared with salary.Employees don't persist with the company due to this.No growth opportunities in this company.It is like a second school due to the punch in punch out used in company.If a half an hour is less you are called by the HR.

      Good Healthcare benefits for lesser rate

      Managers are encouraged to be display Worst attitude and treat employees like junk, Managers target talented employees who want to work with freedom and finally get them fired or quit by themselves.Claim to use latest tools but provide zero training and worst deadlines. Working 24 hours is considered a Precondition without any appreciation.
