Majority of the Project Managers/Portfolio Managers are horrible to work with. Most don't have respect for their team members and treat them as their "own" employees. A lot of internal politics is in place. Also, the PTO is very low with no sick leave or paid FMLA leave. Work hours are long, mostly 40+ hours every week. Managers take their team members for granted and think they are available to work late nights and on weekends. The owners also have a very Indian mind set for operating a company in the US.

lack of planning, unrealistic and uneven task assignments, too much work, stress. Sometimes feel like learning nothing new and working exactly same things. Managers see-saw between being caring to mean and are overly focused on budget without focusing on proper planning and work allocation and lack the ability to motivate and utilize resources. Technology is outdated and people who claim to know newer technologies seldom do. Employees expected to work late nights and weekends frequently.
