      A company on the rise where you are challenged constantly

      Pros

      Really talented co-workers, interesting cutting-edge projects where innovation is prized, very collegial working environment, flexible hours, really nice office space. I think this is one of the better places to work along the Dulles corridor in terms of life-style and mission-driven work.

      Cons

      Perhaps overly focused on technology-development and technical skills. Sometimes the forest is hard to tell from the trees. All levels of the organization should be better in-tune with the objectives of the work.

      Constantly challenges us to improve ways to perform Agile SDLC - really effective Lot of Conference rooms (Helps in collaboration)

      Cons

      Workload during releases can be better managed / planned.

      Sweat House Beware!

      Only one - Will get to learn technology Good Customer Care to the clients.

      Cons

      Many: 1. Sweathouse. Higher management will want you to work all day all week actually whole year. 2. Most of the employees are Indians which is kind not good in a way. Reason - Most of the higher Management expect you to work all night and weekend and does not appreciate your work the next day/weekday. Looks like they bring this Indian work culture to USA. Excuse me! Welcome to USA. BTW, looks like most of manager are inexperinced in managing a team. When they are stressed, they stress the crap out of the whole team. 3. Employee appreciation - 0 (Higher level management behave very cheap sometimes).
