      Pros

      One of the best company in my career. I have worked in the year 2013 and till date this is the best company I have worked so far which had given me strong roots to my career. In this company, developers will get a change to learn and work on the trending technologies which will be of great help in thier careers. As a developer, I was focussed and delivered some good projects in this company which has a great value in my resume.

      I honestly don't feel there is a con.

      Time Flexibility, Good People,Very good atmosphere among employees. HR are helpful.

      Cons

      Not as such. But sometimes I felt that management is not responsive. But its story of every company. Manager is not effective. He lacks the spark of good manager. Cafeteria is sucks.
