      Pros

      REI systems actually listens to employees (Has multiple meetings per year with all employees like the recent Town hall, all hands meeting, and encourages feedback thru Yaller - a social collaboration tool). Based on past feedback, many positive changes have taken place. People here actually do care. Yes there are a couple of odd ones, but which company does not?? Last year;s 360 reviews and a 'management development program' were good steps. I am seeing a positive trend. Don't go by every feedback you read here. This company has a strong and good culture.

      Cons

      Yes - there are some bad apples. which place doesn't? Yes -the business development has slowed down, but that is this whole area (remember sequestration and its effects?) Calm down folks - the economy is reviving.

      Pros

      - Family friendly company: flexibility enables those with family to work hard but spent time with family - Competitive salary - Amazing coworkers - Management cares about employees.

      Cons

      - Company grew too fast leaving behind management growth. Fortunately, they are getting their acts together. - Unless you are focus on a career path, you can be thrown around in different roles which may affect your career. On the flip side, being thrown into various roles increase one's knowledge in different areas and overall increase your career outlook in a big picture.

      Few Spoiled eggs making things bad for all

      Pros

      The company has a good reputation with its customers and they are generally very satisfied. The senior management cares about the company and tries to promote healthy work environment. The corporate culture is good.

      Cons

      There are few bad managers who play politics and try to be dominant. They don't know how to talk to people and goes out of their way to prove their dominance. Why would anyone want to work with such people.
