Cons

They can fire you without any reason. Couple of friends has recently fired even for working 12 hrs a day. Their team lead and managers are harassing mentally to female employees. Don’t join this company

REI Systems has been a great place to work. There are a lot of opportunities for growth of developers, and the projects that you can work on are varied and interesting. There is also great flexibility for remote work.

Cons

- Government contracting is often slower and more detail oriented. - Pay could be a little more competitive. - Only 3 days of sick leave per year and we don’t completely follow federal holiday schedule.
