Great Company but horrible work/life balance

worked with REI Systems for a year >good salary and benefits >can work remote

Cons

>horrible work/life balance (be prepared to work 60+ hour weeks and on weekends) >no team or company culture >heavy deadlines and can be easily burned out >management does not care about employee health >language barrier with offshore employees
