Pros

40hours professional development hours. Opportunity to move around different business units.

Cons

Company promotes people based on family relationships. There is a policy preventing couples from working for the same manager but that policy only applies if you don't have connections to the powerful people in the organization. I have seen people who clearly do not qualify get promoted. Every 1 in 5 employee is a manager.
