They did have flexible hours and advertise a work life balance

Cons

Plays Favorites, if you work in the "back office" blame is put on you, also considered considered a "step child" employee if working in the back office, organizationally disorganized

Room for growth Adopting Agile Methodologies Trying to update framework to ASP.NET MVC, Angular

Overworked Setup as BAs, Testers, and Developers....Hard to be Agile with these jobs..normally just developers. This causes disconnects between the BAs, testers, and developers that hinder the work and timing of things getting done Transitioning from waterfall method :/ Will never be true agile due to client having hard deadlines meaning you will be swamped with work the last week before release Harder now that you have to communicate with other companies about the same project having certain bugs..
