I must say that REI has demonstrated its genuine concern and regard for employees in numerous ways. As I prepare to move on due to the considerable transition the company experienced last year, I am thankful and truly impressed with the care and thoughtfulness given to allow me to make as seamless of a career move as possible.

Cons

There is still room for improvement when it comes to hearing tough constructive criticism but even this has gotten better over the years.

Hard to advance, health insurance was terrible, vesting schedule for 401k matching
