      If you want more responsibility than your job title. It can be good place to work. If not then I wouldn't recommend it.

      Pros

      Good place to learn the work, especially as a fresher.

      Cons

      The company is very sales oriented. The product teams are not tech savvy. Which unfortunately means the company doesn't belong in the 21st century. It's not a tech company, just a company that uses "IT".

      Good exposure to AML - But outdated product and services Accuity purchase new companies, but never invest in developing the technology

      Cons

      The firm is very political with people meeting target being let go and people missing target staying on. The technology they have is very old and they only white label the data they sell. Very large turn over each year Zero investment into product development

      Pros

      It is relatively gigantic and generally hits its aggregate target, across a number of brands. Some group Companies are genuine leaders, that some are under invested and not doing so well is kind of masked by aggregate numbers.

      Cons

      I found that it is quite an easy place to exist, being considerate of employees existence, they invest more in giving the appearance of being innovative than telling each other the truth about the challenges they face. Probably insufficient outside inspection by those who don't mind telling the truth to bosses who impact their future. More than one senior appointment from outside were mates with the leadership. Not necessarily a problem but good people give up and leave if it is a regular thing.
