Pros

Central location in Holborn, some great colleagues, good working hours and vacation days

Cons

Some managers work in the company since their graduation and do not see beyond Accuity: micro-management, control, extensive training instead of being in front of a client are all but wrong techniques to manage people. It's better to be born in Accuity to succeed in Accuity. Novelty is not welcome. Sales pitch is a key to success, even on product-oriented roles.

Very high calibre of employees, excellent products, great employee benefits e.g. good pension, health cover and assessments

Cons

Office politics, not very fast moving, not enough diversity, CEO not visible and does not engage or acknowledge employees outside his MT

A place to make mistakes and move on

Pros

- Everyone is so stretched thin they aren't noticing what you are delivering. As such if you want to hit the ball out of the park you can safely do so, and even if you make a mistake no one has the time or care to reprimand you. Great to learn from and move on. - Products are well known in the market so you are seen to be aligned to a good 'brand'

Cons

- (Similar to above) Everyone is so stretched thin they aren't noticing what you are delivering. This means that recognition is hard to get. - There is absolutely no care for people development. - Talent acquisition and retention is non-existent - They value cost savings over quality service delivery
