If you don't agree to learn how to do someone else's job, this workplace will bully you into thinking you're a slacker and the worst employee possible and will always require you to perform additional tasks on top of those that you already have to complete. These additional tasks may not even be related to your job description. They'll put you under a lot of pressure at work. Plus, they won't give you a raise after making you learn how to do someone else's job; instead, they'll find more work for you to do. Don't even bother trying to ask for a raise after being made to learn how to do someone else's job. This place isn’t worth it

Not much to say negatively about the company. I highly suggest to anyone looking to gain experience in high-quality plastics manufacturing.
