Pros

Leadership seems sincere about what their intentions are.

Cons

Not much room for career growth, at least depending on your dept. Low pay for the amount of work expected. Sketchy resilience against economic downturn. 3rd party vendor has control over 401k, approval needed from vendor for 401k custodian to release funds.
