      Pros

      At REPAY, they truly care about the people. It is a growing company, which is AWESOME and they do a great job of adapting to that growth. I love working here and knowing the my opinion matters and my job is impactful. They are always thinking of way on how to better improve and reward their people.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but with growth comes hard work, but you are rewarded properly.
