Incredible company to work for

Pros

Tools, vehicle, laptop, phone and fuel card all provided. Opportunities for training and development. Internal promotion. Amazing team (at all levels technicians through to manager through to CEO). Staff benefits include annual bonus, new baby/wedding good will, enhanced paternity (13 weeks full pay), cycle to work scheme, holiday buy/sell etc. Huge company focus on staff safety and wellbeing (go home safe, mental health first aid).

Cons

No cons to mention (as long as you don't mind working outside in all conditions).
