      Pros

      As an employee with more than 20 years, I know firsthand that RETTEW is a good, employee-centric company. As an ESOP, employees are personally invested in the firm’s success and are dedicated to delivering great projects to clients. RETTEW is family-oriented, transparent in business matters, focused on advancing DEI initiatives, and allows employees options for working from home, in office, or a mix.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities if you are not a technical employee.

      Pros

      Team culture is fantastic and really laid back. If you do what's expected of you you'll be taken care of. Good variability in work, lots of interesting jobs that smaller companies might not get. Company truck is a huge plus

      Cons

      There's a lot of upper management and executives. More than necessary by far and that creates a lot of overhead which keeps regular employees salaries lower then what could be expected. Not terrible pay at all but could be higher if they stopped creating management positions for no reason. Too many chiefs not enough Indians

      I have been at RETTEW for over a decade, the pay, benefits, and opportunities are great. The company values staff feedback and takes time to invest in their employees. RETTEW is a 100% employee owned company is always looking to make the company better and more profitable for current and future staff.

      Typical consulting problems, nothing unique to this company.
