flexible schedules, great technical staff, offer education reimbursements, promote cross-training.

Cons

corporate is out of touch, way too much senior management (Pres, CEO, COO, multiple VPs, Sr. Program Managers, Directors, Regional Managers, Group Managers, Project Managers, Phase Managers)..... buddy system is only way to get ahead, really only focus on utilization and money.
