Our SDR program is intentionally structured to mirror the expectations of high-performance sales teams across the tech industry. That includes setting daily activity goals, like 115 dials, which—when broken down—equates to about 14 calls per hour over an 8-hour day. Many of our reps hit or exceed that mark while still enjoying time to grab coffee, walk a dog, or reset with a quick ping pong break. It's all about time management and prioritization. As for compensation, the base pay is $2,500/month, with uncapped commission starting at $1,000/month. For those who engage fully in the training and consistently show up, the program opens doors to careers at leading tech companies. We respect everyone’s perspective, and we’re proud of the support, coaching, and real-world opportunities we provide to early-career professionals.

Pros

I do not have pros.

Cons

There is very little manager development. The CEO picks favorites and doesn't publicly hold them accountable, while disparaging his non-favorites publicly regularly. The Director of Client Engagement talks to managers as if they are her younger siblings. The COO acts like the workplace is high school where she relives unhealed trauma of not being popular. The leadership team recruitment process is a joke, as they are an ineffective group and that characteristic starts with John, the CEO. This role does nothing for your resume.

This seems like a good indicator that our leadership recruitment and vetting process works... Clearly not the type of professionalism that we would expect from someone in a management position. Best of luck to your new employer.

Pros

Only pros is that the people you work with and some of the support staff. But you could get that anywhere.

Cons

The pay, the culture, management and senior leadership. You get zero grace when you fail even if you’ve succeeded in prior months. They have a fill a chair mentality, you’re a nobody to them and if you don’t make them money you’re gone; no conversation. Excessive favoritism gives opportunities to others regardless of actual effort and production. They pride themselves on giving you training but you could do this at any company being an SDR making decent money. So there’s no incentive to this place, go be an SDR somewhere else! Trust me!
