Daily Company Goal - LONG Hours Verticals- some are better/easier than others Commission- no control over the sale or duration of employment No Health Insurance Dismissal- Failure to hit goal, anytime from 1 month to 4 months in a row. ***Employees are advised by management to resign if they want a reference after dismissal*** Payroll- Frequently late or incorrect. Pros

Great for all people with different employment backgrounds. Base salary is reasonable commission is obtainable. Management is supportive and encourages hard work. For the most part they leave you alone if you do your job. The C.E.O of the company is actively involved and is there on a regular basis. He speaks with and provides advice/wisdom to employees which is great from a leadership standpoint.

Cons

Organization, sales is out of your control. With that said you make a lot of calls and book demos for Citrix. You have no control if the demo sales. Not saying it is any fault of anyone at Citrix or revgen cause there are a lot of good people that work with both companies
