Pros

- Great atmosphere if you're looking to kickstart a career in software sales - Hands on coaching, enabling you to make the most of your experience - Younger crowd, really fun office to work in - The dogs in the office make the hard days that much better - Full transparency from senior management about how you're tracking to goal - Multiple happy hours/networking opportunities each month

Cons

- If you are looking for the most amount of money, this is not the spot for that. While it sets you up for a lot of money in the long run, it is definitely lower pay in this role - Parking is very cramped/crowded, get there early

Pros

Plenty of pros for working here from networking, office culture and the ramped training. You get the opportunity to meet so many sales reps within a 4 month span including alumni reps that come back for events or guest speak. Office culture is unmatched as its filled with excitement and encouragement as you achieve company goals. The training is tough, but you have plenty of support from management as you develop throughout the program.

Cons

Parking situation is not the best but it definitely incentives you to get in early to get good parking spot. Strolling in late will have you looking for a spot and needing to move from blocking another vehicle.

Great way to figure out if sales is the right path for you You learn a lot in a short amount of time Great company culture - I have met incredible people during my time here I got a great job with a great company through REVGEN

Cons

Not many Cons - I would say the only thing and it was very minor was the turnover for managers on my campaign (they turned over due to promotions!)
