3yInteresting feedback. There are many others who would say "If you're looking for a great opportunity in a fun environment, this is the place to be."
Our managers are nothing short of heroic in their efforts and deserve better than this review. It is important to know what manager commission is directly correlated with how well their teams are performing. That said, there is no "caring more about their money than helping out" since the two are one in the same. Always sad to see a cheap shot on the way out.
Regarding our compensation, a fully ramped rep at REVGEN should be making $3,500 per month. This is designed to be a short term investment by our employees as a way to increase their earning potential in the future. REVGEN graduates are make roughly 20% -30% more than the average SDR after finishing the program.
