Pros

Coming into this job, I had little full-time sales experience and was lacking confidence in myself. The team here and culture they have built allowed me to succeed at whatever I put my mind to. It's stressful but it's well worth it. Over the course of 4 months I made new friends, built relationships, and gained a ton of experience as an SDR. I would recommend this job to anyone who is looking to take their first steps into the sales world.

Cons

REVGEN is not an easy job. The point is to give you a years worth of sales experience in 4 months so it would make sense that it's fast paced. Don't let that discourage you! This place has taught me that no matter how hard something seems, anything is possible when you put your mind to it. If you walk in the door with that attitude then you're off to a good start!

Pros

Coming from a massive career shift, REVGEN was my first breakout role into the sales industry. They gave me the training and tools I needed to succeed, and guided me to become a skilled sales individual while also giving me practical experience. On top of all that, they have an entire support network to help with interview prep, resume crafting, networking, and more. I cannot recommend REVGEN enough to those who are changing careers or looking to start their journey in sales. The culture and community is incredible and everyone wants everyone to succeed. Even the CEO takes time to meet with his reps and all the managers/leaders always offer support and go above and beyond. Even as a remote rep, I always felt like a part of the team.

Cons

There are no cons but be prepared to work hard! A very wise sales leader told me "The days are long, but the months are short" Be ready to put in that extra effort and you will be rewarded.
