Pros

If you are looking to get into Tech sales this is it!! You will learn how to become an SDR and a good one at that, setting you up for jobs right after. REVGEN looks amazing on your resume and the experience you gain in these few months is very very valuable. Managers are supportive and want to see you succeed. Everybody that works here in the same position is on the same grind so the bond between everyone is super special!! The training you get as well is high level from John the CEO all the way to the managers and the courses that you take while there.

Cons

The pay is low and the work life balance is not there because it is such a short program. Be prepared for some late nights if you need to push to hit your goal and grinding to make it happen. However, it you can push through and persevere, good things WILL come! Pretty high goals to hit each month. Trial by fire, you have to be ready to hit the ground running when you get there and don't stop otherwise you will not get the results you are looking for to start your sales career.

Pros

The office culture is immaculate. Management genuinely wants to see all reps succeed. Music is played, snacks provided, team building exercises, and the office is dog-friendly. The environment is fast-paced and competitive, which allowed me to develop useful professional skills and new perspective very quickly. Reps who hit goal get shout outs, and graduation is celebrated by the whole office. Commissions for sales reps are also uncapped.

Cons

The program is a short one, so be prepared to work hard. Goals are high and the base pay is lower than what some might expect (but as I mentioned in pros commissions are uncapped so put in the work and you'll make good money). If you enjoy a challenging environment and don't mind having some tough conversations every once in a while, you'll do just fine. If you aren't able to manage your time well and adapt quickly, you'll need to put some extra hours in for sure.
