3yOur leadership team is typically applauded for their ability to manage teams and build confidence so this review was odd to read. The last thing REVGEN managers want to do is prompt employees to do their job. We do everything that we can to give trust and autonomy unless given a reason otherwise. It sounds like this simply wasn't a great fit for you. We do wish any and all employees that come through our doors the best of luck in future endeavors.
