      Awesome Culture....Poor Pay

      Pros

      This company has some of the best culture and team bonding events and parties. The company parties are the best and very fun!....plus weekly catered lunch.

      Cons

      The job description should say....Must be willing to work for food....the pay is extremely low considering the job duties, all the money goes towards the parties and lunches. This is a recommended position for someone coming out of high school, first job and still living with your parents. The office is very catty and and has clique's even with the supervisors.

      No sense of training at ALL. They expect you to come in and know everything. I think I only got trained for 1 day and was left to figure it out. Also total mean girls vibe, I mean come on are we still in high school?

      Pros

      Plenty of Happy Hour events, company parties, and an annual bonus for Christmas. Free lunch every Friday as well. Everyone in the office is pretty nice and a team player.

      Cons

      High workload can force 10+ hour work days or working on the weekends (depending on the deadline goal).
