Some upper management tends to take advantage of the lax, "work from wherever" rule. I can imagine it is tough to you do your job, when your boss is never in the office.
Lots of "mean girls" in the offices, or thats the impression you get when you walk into the door.
Pay rate varies so drastically from person to person. Seems like the only people reaping the benefits of raises are the ones closest to the bosses, and not the ones working their butts off.
Depending on who you are working under, it could be REALLY tough to advance your career within the company. Seems like some are being punished for being "SO GOOD" at their jobs, that they aren't encouraged to move up.
