Pros

They care about their brand and take care of their staff. Free lunch once a week, good parties and discount to merchandise is a plus! Easy environment and for the most part all the staff is pretty nice.

Cons

Management isn't all that great, there is a lot of favoritism.

Pros

Energetic, youthful work environment. Approachable ownership. Great company parties and perks (e.g. sponsored lunches, clothing discounts). Team bonding and fun company culture are priority.

Cons

Offices (location and amenities) are uninspiring. Cooperation and team building between departments could be more positive / efficient.

Pros

Work hard, Play hard attitude. Good snacks, intelligentsia coffee, great CEO's, close knit company culture, happy hours, great parties, burger man, fun events, positive work environment. If you are lucky to work under a good boss, then you are encouraged to move up in the company. Hard work does not go unnoticed for some lucky ones. The company is growing, and getting bigger and the CEO's make it known that we are all part of that, no matter your role.

Cons

Some upper management tends to take advantage of the lax, "work from wherever" rule. I can imagine it is tough to you do your job, when your boss is never in the office. Lots of "mean girls" in the offices, or thats the impression you get when you walk into the door. Pay rate varies so drastically from person to person. Seems like the only people reaping the benefits of raises are the ones closest to the bosses, and not the ones working their butts off. Depending on who you are working under, it could be REALLY tough to advance your career within the company. Seems like some are being punished for being "SO GOOD" at their jobs, that they aren't encouraged to move up.
