This is by far the worst job I’ve ever had. Yeah they train you, but it’s grueling and horrible. They have the most outdated console I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve worked in e-commerce and tech for 10 years. The customers are horrendous and mean. The pay is DISMAL and you are worked to the bone for nothing in return. Management and HR are toxic. Again, the pay is degrading. Also, they are always hiring for this role. That is a red flag in itself. Taking phone calls is a nightmare. If you are entry level, mid level or senior…. Just run. KNOW YOUR WORTH.

Very fast paced intense work environment. Not great pay very minimal raises.
