      This company made me feel like they care much more about customers and influencers than employees who have been loyal to them for years. Would never recommend anyone I know to work here.

      Amazing management that actually cares about their employees Good benefits Clear goals to get raises and promotions Great training that's ongoing so you are always improving

      Cons

      Overtime is required a lot, especially when it's in one of the many busy seasons and up to 2 hours a day is mandatory if they need you but you do get time and a half
