No room to grow. Don’t expect a high raise, Low pay, minimum wage. Rude leads and managers, Unhealthy environment,Bad management, Don’t care about your safety and well being, Overtime 9 to 12 hour shifts, Expect you to be perfect with no errors, A lot of favoritism, Language barrier- many leads and even mangers don’t even speak English

The only good thing about this company is the discount they offer, and some of the other reps you meet.

Cons

Everything besdies the discount, you constantly work overtime, no one from management or HR actually cares about you. Extremely micromanaging!!!
